The New England Regional at Winchester Speedpark is back, and Team EJP Racing was on the line to compete with the regions top athletes.
It was clear right from the start that this event brought in fast riders as Lane struggled to get out of the first turn towards the front. His toughest ride on the weekend was moto one of the 250B class when he finished just outside the top 20, leaving his chances at an overall pretty slim. He would bounce back strong however, and ride consistent moto’s to finish the 250B class in 12th overall. Lanes strongest results came from the 2 Stroke Open class where he was able to ride upfront, and leave with a 7th place finish.
Patrick Prescott worked to find his grove and had success late in the weekend by grabbing a 13th in the final moto of the Supermini class, resulting in a 20th overall. Better results from the start in the 85 12-15 class would help him to a 15th overall.
The Team will regroup now and prepare for the 2014 Vurb Classic at MX207 in Lyman, Maine.
